There is no shortage of solutions when it comes to gender-based violence. The Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Commissioner’s yearly report points out that we’ve seen over 1,000 recommendations in 15 years. What’s missing is action, is the funding for frontline services so that women and children aren’t turned away when they reach out for help. The need could not be clearer.
