Most goalies make this mistake at the post. You make a save near the 45, butterfly down, puck slides back to the corner. You push to the post and face the corner. ❌ Here's what's wrong: Your anchor leg is way too high. Your post leg pad is extended past that imaginary 90 degree line from post to post.
