One of my favorite desserts I look forward during lent season is my grandmas CAPIROTADA aka Mexican bread pudding! The combination of textures is just what makes this recipe perfect, I personally like my bottom bread to be super soggy and the top one to be still on the crunchy side it’s all soft but ugh one it’s cold it’s just a whole different texture if you are a fan of capirotada you know exactly what I mean 😅 but if you like it completely soaked simply add more syrup this recipe is very ver
