Outfield throwing drill if you have limited space I am having Cam pretend to catch a fly ball and go right into her crow hop to throw. The idea is to “get behind the ball” so you can keep your momentum going into your throw. We started this way and then moved to her opening up, getting behind the ball and pretending to catch to throw. Step with glove foot when catching and push out into your crow hop.
