You’ll see me adding precooked keema into all my mince containing recipes. That’s because, every time I cook food with minced beef or lamb, the first steps are always the same. So to save time and effort I batch cook my keema in bulk and freeze it. That way every time I want to cook keema salan/curry, bolognese, shepherds pie or whatever, all I have to do is defrost this and whack it into my pan. Saves me time AND tastes delicious.
