The medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Anthony Williams, aka YNW SakChaser, confirmed he was shot multiple times after the initial gunshot wound to the back of his head. YNW Melly, YNW SakChaser’s lifelong best friend, is accused of killing him and then staging the crime as a drive-by shooting.
