BRIGHTON, Ala- Brandon Dean is out as the Mayor of Brighton, Alabama. Now, Brighton officials are trying to figure out how to move forward after a judge ruled that Dean can't keep office. That ruling was based on Dean not getting enough votes in last year's election based on the validity of absentee ballots. Tonight, the city council decided to make Councilor Rhonda Bean interim mayor until they can fill the position permanently. The city council will meet again tomorrow to make the final vote o
