Google search is Google’s cash cow; without it being #1, Google will atrophy and likely cease to exist. Bing/copilot is Microsoft’s “nice to have”; if it becomes #1, destroying Google, Microsoft’s market cap goes up 60% (the value of Google relative to Microsoft), and will firmly lock in Microsoft as the most valuable company in the world by a mile.

Most of the time I arrive (way) too early at my stop because I assume the trip starting time in Google maps is the bus departure time. Especially when gps signal is poor, this can add quite a walking time when I'm not even that far away from the stop, so I end up nervously waiting, wondering if the bus is later, or worse, cancelled.
Hot take: Bing is a genuinely better search engine than Google
I want to like DuckDuckGo for its privacy principles, but it's so far behind with business search integration. Trying to find a decent restaurant or similar on DuckDuckGo is like using Google 10+ years ago.
