After months if not years of leaks about Nintendo’s next console, unofficially called the Switch 2 due to zero Nintendo-released information about it, we have a new report from a few sources that says it may actually be revealed this week.

According to multiple sources, Nintendo will reveal the Switch 2 on Thursday, January 16, but don't expect to see many new games.

Multiple credible sources have claimed that the system will be unveiled this week. One such source is The Verge senior editor Tom Warren, who states in a recent X / Twitter post that he has "heard it should be the Switch 2 reveal this week".
