The Boilermakers couldn't get into their offense with Michigan's defense contributing to tough shots in a physical game.

It was a game against the Wolverines in February that showcased Purdue's defense fading. It's gone further adrift rather than shoring it up like the Boilers had shown.

This afternoon’s Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinal features the No.22 ranked Michigan Wolverines taking on the No. 20 Purdue Boilermakers.

The Wolverines are in the South region and are set to play a tough UC San Diego team that has the longest winning streak in the nation. CBS announced that Michigan basketball and UC San Diego will tip off at 10 p.m. EDT with the game being broadcast nationally on TBS.
