A suspect, Eric Ventura, was arrested for a traffic incident injuring a Houston officer and another person; charged with aggravated and intoxicated assault.

Two officers from the police department's westside patrol division arrived to the scene and started to walk around the complex, immediately hearing gunshots. The officers observed several people running around the complex and shooting at each other.

One person was critically injured and three were arrested in a shooting in a Galleria parking garage, HPD officials said.
