Jimmy Butler is expected to play for Miami again Friday when it hosts the Denver Nuggets, a game that would be his first since the Heat confirmed that he wants a trade and that they are trying to accommodate that request.

After missing the last five games because of a hip contusion, John Collins made his return on Saturday night. The Jazz fed the ball to him early to try to get him going, and although things were understandably slow in the first few minutes, it didn’t take long for Collins to shake off the rust.

For the 119th time since Jimmy Butler joined Miami, the Heat were set to play a game without him. This is different from the others.
