The USPS often releases new designs for stamps, such as the fishing-themed images on last week's new set of Forever Stamps, or stamps that commemorate public holidays, or the advent of a new year.

The fall was mainly driven by a decline in the production sector, with output dropping 0.9%. It's worse than economists had expected, with many predicting 0.1% growth.
