NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A LifeFlight helicopter is responding to a crash on Interstate 40 East in Wilson County on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation. According to TDOT, the crash occurred at about 1:25 p.m. near Mile Marker 246.
