"The roof's gone and it's a brick house. The south side were pushing in. I don't know. Deck's gone. We had a covered deck. Got debris all over the house," a homeowner said.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has already issued a disaster declaration for Buena Vista, Fremont, Page and Plymouth counties. The declaration is to help in the recovery efforts from Thursday's storms.
