Police say four people were killed when a car smashed through a building in Chatham, Illinois. Chatham Police Department's deputy chief says officers responded at about 3:20 p.m. to calls about a vehicle driving into a building during an after-school program.

Officers responded to the YNOT After School Camp after a vehicle drove into the east side of the building, Illinois State Police said.
