Even areas of New Jersey that are not getting any rain or thunderstorms Tuesday are experiencing strong winds.

Westerly winds will be blowing at speeds of 15 to 30 mph, with occasional gusts as strong as 50 mph, forecasters said, adding some isolated thunderstorms may occur.
