Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups announced before Sunday night’s game against the Chicago Bulls that guard Shaedon Sharpe was removed from the starting lineup. This development occurred even with guard Anfernee Simons out with an elbow injury.

Simons is in a bit of a funk, scoring just 24 points over his last three games, including a scoreless Thursday night against the LA Clippers.

Bulls: Zach LaVine (right patella tendon tendonitis) is probable. Talen Horton-Tucker (left knee sprain) and Lonzo Ball (right quadriceps contusion injury management) are questionable.
