Jasprit Bumrah won the ICC men’s test cricketer of the year award after the Indian fast bowler finished 2024 with a rich haul of 71 wickets in 13 test matches.

Smriti Mandhana became the first Indian to win the ICC Women's ODI Cricketer of the Year award for the second time. Smriti was a cut above the rest in the 50-over format last year.

Smriti Mandhana was in exceptional form in 2024 in the ODI format as she scored 747 runs in just 13 matches. Her runs came at an impressive average of 57.86 smashing a total of four centuries as she left behind the likes of Laura Wolvaardt and Hayley Matthews.

On the women's side, Smriti Mandhana was awarded the ICC Women’s ODI Cricketer of the Year, her second such honor after her initial win in 2018. At 28, Mandhana has had a stellar year, scoring 747 runs in 13 matches with an average of 57.86 and a strike rate of 95.15.

Smriti Mandhana was India's standout performer in ODIs in 2024. Hence, it is no surprise that she has been adjudged ICC Women's ODI Cricketer of the Year.
