As the NFL's legal tampering window opened, the New England Patriots closed in on disruption. A four-year, $104 million deal with free agent Milton WIlliams followed.

Williams shows tremendous promise as an elite playmaker along the defensive front. Perhaps the most enticing part about this move is the fact that he hasn't even hit his peak. The 25-year-old standout defender broke out for the Eagles and played a major role in the team toppling the Kansas City Chiefs and winning Super Bowl LIX.
