The Chicago Cubs have placed catcher Miguel Amaya on the 10-day injured list and brought up top prospect Owen Caissie from Triple-A Iowa.

After the game manager Craig Counsell said Amaya would be headed to the injured list, and in fact that’s what’s happened. And as noted by Josh in After Dark, outfielder Owen Caissie has been called up from Triple-A Iowa.
