Half a million Britons bought a grey car last year - and in 2018, for the first time, it was the most popular car colour, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).

You can choose your colors. Metal braces only come in one color: gray (or shiny metallic silver, if it’s available). Ceramic braces are available in nearly any color imaginable.

Braces are hip. Parents may have sentenced their kids to wearing the clunky contraptions, but kids are fighting back with colors-hot pink, brilliant blue, slime green and monster purple.
