How the Head Coach Interview Process Works

No coach currently with a team can sign or agree to sign a contract until their season is over. The Ravens must also follow the Rooney Rule, which stipulates that any team hiring a new head coach must hold an in-person interview with at least two external candidates who are minorities and/or women.
