Thomas Tuchel is to stay as England men's head coach until 2028 after the Football Association extended his contract through to the end of the home European Championship.

England announced on Thursday, 12 February, that Thomas Tuchel has signed a new contract.

But in a major blow to INEOS’s plans, the German has put pen to paper on an extension with the Three Lions, ending any prospect of him taking the reins at Old Trafford.
