Some electricity customers in 12 northern Michigan counties hit hard by the late March ice storm could be eligible for credits from their provider.

First responders in northern Michigan will be getting help from out-of-state. The State of Michigan secured out-of-state support through the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EAMC) to help accelerate recovery efforts after a historic ice storm devastated northern Michigan last month.
