OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR) – A vigil is being held in Oklahoma City for an 11-year-old girl from Gainesville who died by suicide. The family of Jocelynn Rojo Carranza said at a Saturday vigil in Texas that classmates bullied Carranza by threatening to call immigration agents on her parents.
