AerCap, the world's largest aircraft leasing company, said on Monday that potential new trade tariffs floated by U.S. President-elect Donald Trump could hit supply chains and hinder planemaker Boeing's efforts to restore much-needed cash.

Boeing’s (NYSE:BA) efforts to improve its cash flow may be hindered by trade tariffs that the incoming Trump administration has pledged to impose, Aengus Kelly, chief executive of aircraft leasing company AerCap (NYSE:AER) said in a report by news outlet Reuters.
