Small museum but worth the visit if you have time to spare. Some exhibits interactive, audiovisual room excellent but one audiovisual room disappointingly out of order. Unfortunately, carpeted floor…Full review by marienoelf2023

Spend your time elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Staff was very friendly, but the exhibition was very sub par. I don’t think with the cost and time at all.Full review by Serge Y
As we`ll be in Rome on August 19th, a Sunday, will this be open? Already despairing that the Basilica and Sistine Chapel is closed when we`re there.

On their website it says it's open every day, but you could email them(inserting links isn't allowed) and remember there is reduced rate if you have a Roma pass. Enjoy your day in Rome. You honestly not losing much not visiting the Sistine Chapel-just read my review. It is a LONG walk into overcrowded place, they din't not let us directly through into Sistine Chapel, sending us instead through 1000 of rooms. When we got to Sistine Chapel, it was also overcrowded and full of hissing museum staff reminding that taking photos is prohibited. After this-another 1000 rooms to get out. best part about Sistine chapel was getting out of there. Queuing to the Basilica with a "skip the line" still took a long time, enjoy other places instead;-)
Is this museum is opened during the winter months? And, if so can the fee be paid at the door or do I need to purchase on their website? I will be in Rome in February with my 10 year old daughter, who is a great fan of Leonardo da Vinci. Thank you.

Museum have to be opened those months. We purchase tickets at the desk and there were not even a many people waiting. So you just need to appoint the address and to reach the square, whoch excellent as well.
How much is it and how long does it take to go around? Also does anyone know if it accepts the international community of museums card? Thank you!

As others have said, this is a relatively small but interesting museum. There was a small fee per person to enter and a series of small rooms to wander through and look at various inventions, some of which are interactive. Educational and child friendly.
